Minimal / Deep Tech is stripped, subby, late-night club music that combines minimal house detail with deep tech-house propulsion. It centers rolling bass, dry drums, swung grooves, dubby stabs, and sparse vocal fragments, usually around 124–128 BPM with a polished but underground feel.
History
The style grew from London's minimal tech-house scene, Romanian minimal influence, Ibiza after-hours culture, and labels such as FUSE London, Eastenderz, Moscow Records, Infuse, and No Art. Enzo Siragusa, Archie Hamilton, East End Dubs, Seb Zito, Rich NxT, Priku, Barac, Raresh, and related artists refined a sound prized for long sets, small changes, and deep low-end momentum. It became a Beatport category and a club identity for DJs who wanted house groove without vocal-house obviousness or peak-time tech-house bombast.
