History
Funky breaks grew from hip-hop break records, U.K. big beat, and the early-2000s breaks economy around Finger Lickin', Supercharged, and similar labels. Krafty Kuts, A.Skillz, Freestylers, Featurecast, Fort Knox Five, Skeewiff, Smoove, Boca 45, and The Allergies kept funk-sample culture alive inside dance sets.
