Christian Folk-Pop brings devotional, biblical, and faith-centered writing into gentle acoustic-pop production rather than arena worship or Christian rock. The tone is intimate, reflective, and often domestic, with arrangements built around guitar, piano, soft percussion, and harmony.
History
The style provided an alternative to larger-format CCM by keeping faith songs writerly and rooted in singer-songwriter craft. Artists such as Andrew Peterson, Sara Groves, and Sandra McCracken helped define a lane that could feel spiritually serious without sounding overproduced.
